Callinan & Smith LLP is located in Nassau County, New York, Northern New Jersey and Northeastern Pennsylvania. The Firm handles litigation in all New York State and Federal Courts as well as all venues throughout the State of New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.
Although formed in 2020, our firm brings to our clients a legacy of talent and experience that span more than 80 cumulative years of experience. Our members and employees were all trained under Craig J. Bruno – a leader in the field of insurance defense and investigating suspect and fraudulent insurance claims – and who now joins Callinan & Smith LLP to assist in growing the SIU legacy he helped to create.
We have an innovative approach to all aspects of our practice and harness the latest in technology to bring our clients a cost effective and superior product. We are not satisfied with the status quo and look for innovative solutions, derived from hard work, experience, and thinking outside the box in approaching/solving difficult and complex legal questions. We defend our clients’ cases from their inception, preparing pleadings, conducting depositions/EUOs, working with expert witnesses and investigators, handling all phases of discovery and defending our clients at hearings, arbitrations and trial.
In order to better serve our clients, we have offices in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and have staff licensed in those jurisdictions. We are also admitted to practice in the various Federal courts.
